so the potato is a yellow container? but isn't that a white potato?
ReplyDeleteYes you can have white potato on 21 days fix its on the list of foods under the yellow container... You can have mashed on 1/2 of a medium potato. If you don't prefer white potato you could always use sweet potato.
ReplyDeleteSo Brooke....what containers would this be....1 red, 1 green, and blue, with 1 teaspoon oil for the burger. 1 yellow and 1 teaspoon for fries?? Is that right??
ReplyDeleteLooks great by the way!
ReplyDeleteThe burger is 1 red I used extra lean ground beef and didn't add any oil. I used a non stick skillet. And one green for the veggies, and then I only filled the blue maybe 1/4 of the way with cheese you don't really need that much. The fries are just one yellow and I only used olive oil spray so that would not even come close to a teaspoon. I only sprayed the pan. I hope that helps :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing! This one sounds super yummy - I'm a sucker for burgers! I hope you don't mind, but I shared a link to this recipe on my blog today: http://authorjess.blogspot.com/2014/07/the-21-day-fix-diet-and-exercise.html
ReplyDeleteIs the burger pictured here basically just a lettuce wrap with beef and mushrooms? This whole meal looks incredibly good! Thank you for sharing your recipes for the burger and for the fries! I might have to try your oven-fried fry recipe sometime this week. My husband and I both love fries, but I don't like cleaning up all the oil if we fry them on the stove top. http://www.zacsburgers.com/Locations-Contact/
ReplyDeleteI've only been a few days on the 21 day fix this is my first day to go out and eat and I'm wondering what would be a good choice that would stay in with my containers I think we'll probably go to Bob Evans
