Crockpot Fajitas (21 DAY FIX approved)



Step 1: Place tricolored peppers and onions in the bottom of your crockpot.




Step 2: Place 4 frozen chicken breast on top the peppers and onions.




Step 3: Top chicken breasts with chopped tomatoes. 




Step 4: Sprinkle your favorite Fajita seasoning on top of everything.





Step 5: Cook on low for 4-6 hrs (depending on your crockpot) until your chicken is cooked through. 

Step 6: Remove chicken from crockpot and shred with 2 forks (should fall right apart)




I like to put mine over brown rice or you can eat with tortillas

  2. Yes I just used it as a partial...You can also use more veggies thats all I had at the time but I usually use 2 bags :)

  5. How many servings would you say are in here? As in, how many containers to I count for a serving of this, being as it is all mixed up together in the end? Sorry if this is a silly question! Just getting started and trying to keep it all straight!

  6. Well really its all separate i just mixed it on the plate. You take the chicken breast out in the end to shred it so I fill up one red with chicken and then fill one green with the veggies and then I make the brown rice separate so its 1 yellow container for rice and then one blue for the cheese to top it with. And Inever use that much cheese so its more like 1/4 of a blue for cheese.
