21 Day fix Egg Cups

What you need:
  • Eggs, egg whites or you can use egg beaters
  • Green bell pepper
  • Spinach
  • Mushrooms
  • Lean ham

In a pan sauté the green pepper, spinach and mushrooms until softened
evenly divide the mixture and chopped ham in to a muffin tin then fill the cups with the eggs.
I normally use egg beater or egg whites.
bake in the oven at 350 for about 30 mins

5 egg cups = 1 RED and 1 GREEN!

21 Day Fix Chili

Chili seasoning:
  • 1 1/2 tbs chili powder
  • 1tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1tbs sugar
What you need:
  • 1lb 97% lean ground beef (4 red containers)
  • 1 green container with a mix of green bell pepper, onion, and finely chopped carrots
  • 2 green containers of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 purple container of tomato sauce

  • Brown the ground beef and once cooked add onion bell pepper and carrots and cook until softened.
  • next add the chili seasoning and cook for a minute
  • then add the crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce and simmer for 30 mins to 1 hour
makes 4 servings each serving =
(1 red) (1/4 purple) (3/4 green)

Chili Lime Fajitas (21 Day Fix approved)

What you will need:
  • 1lb chicken breast
  • 8tsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1tbs chopped cilantro
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp cumin
  • 1tsp chili flakes
  • 1tsp chili powder
  • 1tsp brown sugar
  • 1tsp salt
Chop chicken in to thin strips mix all ingredients and marinade for 3-4 hours.
Cook on a grill pan with bell peppers onions and tomatoes.
Eat with whole wheat tortilla or over brown rice. you can also add a side of fat free refried beans

Makes 4 servings, each serving is:
(1-red) (1-green) (1-2 yellow) (2tsp)

TACO SALAD (21 Day Fix approved)

Greatest idea EVER!!!
so simple and so DELISH!!

What you will need:

  • Extra lean ground beef or turkey
  • Taco mix of your own
  • Romaine lettuce 
  • Cheese
  • Greek yogurt 
  • Tomatoes 

  • Brown ground beef and add your fav taco seasoning
  • Place romaine in bowl 
  • Top with taco mixture
  • Next spread some greek yogurt on top of that
  • Next add tomatoes
  • Top with cheese
  • ENJOY!!!!

Chinese Pepper Steak ( 21 DAY FIX approved )

This is sooo yummy!!! This is not my recipe but it works great with 21 Day Fix if you would like you can omit the soy sauce but it doesn't use much. I also measured the meat sauce and peppers together and you can do that separate and get a bigger portion. 

This recipe is from Devin Alexander she is AMAZING I love all her recipes. She takes your favorite recipes and cuts the calories and fat in half! And I have to say they taste better than the original full 
fat recipes!! Try it out!!

This awesome little app helps you keep track of your container each day
It also allows you to put in your weight and it will automatically calculate the number of container you should get for each color!
And it also keeps track of you tablespoons and water intake!

Rise and SHINE Juice!! (21 DAY FIX Approved)

Having trouble getting all your fruits and veggies try this little beauty out!!

If your doing 21 day fix 
1 1/2-2 purple
1/2-1 green


  • Green grapes (I keep mine in the freezer)
  • Fresh pineapple
  • Strawberries
  • Baby spinach
  • Water
  • Ice

  1. Place green grapes, pineapple, strawberries, and spinach in the blender in that order
  2. Add water until the grapes are covered
  3. If the grapes are not frozen, you will want to add more ice, if they are you will only need a couple pieces
  4. Blend
  5. ENJOY!!!
