What you need:
-1 scoop of chocolate Shakeology
-8oz of organic fat-free milk
-1-3 Tbs of PB2
-4 ice-cubes
Directions:
-Add everything to blender and mix until well blended.
-You can also add natural peanut butter in place of the PB2
-ENJOY!!!
