What you will need:
- 1lb chicken breast
- 8tsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1tbs chopped cilantro
- 1tsp garlic powder
- 1tsp cumin
- 1tsp chili flakes
- 1tsp chili powder
- 1tsp brown sugar
- 1tsp salt
Cook on a grill pan with bell peppers onions and tomatoes.
Eat with whole wheat tortilla or over brown rice. you can also add a side of fat free refried beans
Makes 4 servings, each serving is:
(1-red) (1-green) (1-2 yellow) (2tsp)
