Chili Lime Fajitas (21 Day Fix approved)




What you will need:
  • 1lb chicken breast
  • 8tsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1tbs chopped cilantro
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp cumin
  • 1tsp chili flakes
  • 1tsp chili powder
  • 1tsp brown sugar
  • 1tsp salt
Chop chicken in to thin strips mix all ingredients and marinade for 3-4 hours.
Cook on a grill pan with bell peppers onions and tomatoes.
Eat with whole wheat tortilla or over brown rice. you can also add a side of fat free refried beans

Makes 4 servings, each serving is:
(1-red) (1-green) (1-2 yellow) (2tsp)
