Buffalo Chicken Wrap (21 DAY FIX) approved!


                              

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

-High fiber low carb wrap

-Boneless skinless chicken breast

-pepper

-franks red hot sauce

-Monterey jack cheese

-Romaine lettuce

DIRECTIONS

-preheat oven to 400 degrees

-Bake chicken with pepper to taste until no longer pink

-Shred chicken with a fork and mix with franks red hot to taste

-Add chicken to wrap along with cheese and lettuce

-enjoy

  6. You have to use Mexican hot sauce or Tabasco. Frank's is not a free sauce

  8. It's only 5 cals per Tbsp. Tabasco is 4. Think it's about the same in the no count category :)
