Healthy Crockpot Chicken Taco Soup




What you will need:

-4 frozen chicken breast

-1 can of corn


-1 can of Rotel

-1 can of great northern beans

-1 can of black beans


-1 can of kidney beans
      

-1 packet of Ranch dressing mix


-1 packet of Taco seasoning 

Directions:

-Place frozen chicken breast in bottom of your crockpot

-Pour the corn, Rotel, and beans along with their juice on top the chicken

-Add the Ranch and Taco packets

-Mix everything together

-Cook on high for 4 hrs or low for 6 hrs

-Once chicken is cooked through, take it out and shred it with a fork, then return to crockpot and mix everything together.

-You can top it with shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, crushed tortilla chips.

-Enjoy!!
