What you will need:
-Cooked cubed chicken
-Cooked brown rice
-Frozen stir fry veggies
-2 mushrooms sliced
-Pineapple chunks
-1 tsp sriracha garlic sauce
-Olive oil spray
Directions:
-Spray a heated non stick skillet with olive oil spray
-Add everything to the pan except the brown rice
-Cook until veggies are tender
-Add brown rice and cook for another minute or two
-Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteSo glad you and your family enjoined it! I love figuring out ways to makes my fav meals work with 21 Day Fix. Another way you could do the recipie is swap out brown rice for whole wheat pasta that's how my husband likes it.

ReplyDeleteI'm getting ready to start the 21 day fix and am going to try this recipe. When you say you ate it in 2 meals, how do you count that? 1/2 red, 1/2 purple 1/2 yellow and 1 green per meal? Thanks for your help!

ReplyDeleteThis looks delicious! I am ding research and hoping to start the 21 day fix after baby comes. I was wondering though, is this a meal for one? If so, what do you serve the rest of the family? With an infant and a toddler I probably won't have time to make several meals, but how would I know I was getting the correct portions for me if I make enough for everyone? Thanks!
