Avocado Chicken Salad (21 DAY FIX) approved



What you will need:

-Ripe avocado

-Already prepped baked  boneless skinless chicken breast with Ms Dash fiesta lime seasoning

-Pepper

-Salt

-Whole grain bread

Directions:

-Mash avocado with a fork until smooth 

-Shred chicken and add to avocado

-To the avocado and chicken add a pinch of salt and pepper and mix

-Toast your whole grain bread and top with mixture 

-Enjoy!!!!

  1. Its whole wheat bread which would be carbs so 1 yellow container. You could also sub it for a low carb high fiber wrap.
