What you will need:
-Already prepped baked chicken with Ms Dash fiesta lime seasoning
-Brown rice(already cooked)
-Tri colored peppers and onion mix (I use frozen)
-Monterey jack cheese
-Fat free refried beans
-Ms Dash fiesta lime seasoning
-Olive oil spray
-Water
Directions:
-Spray olive oil in a heated non stick skillet and add peppers and onions
-When peppers and onions are tender add chicken brown rice and a couple tablespoons of water
-Next add Ms Dash fiesta lime seasoning to taste.
-In another pan heat the refried beans
-Once everything is heated plate and top with cheese
-Enjoy!!!
