Step 1: Place tricolored peppers and onions in the bottom of your crockpot.
Step 2: Place 4 frozen chicken breast on top the peppers and onions.
Step 3: Top chicken breasts with chopped tomatoes.
Step 4: Sprinkle your favorite Fajita seasoning on top of everything.
Step 5: Cook on low for 4-6 hrs (depending on your crockpot) until your chicken is cooked through.
Step 6: Remove chicken from crockpot and shred with 2 forks (should fall right apart)
I like to put mine over brown rice or you can eat with tortillas

Do you count the veggies as a green, or a partial green?
ReplyDeleteYes I just used it as a partial...You can also use more veggies thats all I had at the time but I usually use 2 bags :)
ReplyDeleteJust made these today. Me and the boy are taking the extras for lunch at work. Yummy.
ReplyDeleteAHH!! So glad y'all like it :) Its one of my favs
ReplyDeleteHow many servings would you say are in here? As in, how many containers to I count for a serving of this, being as it is all mixed up together in the end? Sorry if this is a silly question! Just getting started and trying to keep it all straight!
ReplyDeleteWell really its all separate i just mixed it on the plate. You take the chicken breast out in the end to shred it so I fill up one red with chicken and then fill one green with the veggies and then I make the brown rice separate so its 1 yellow container for rice and then one blue for the cheese to top it with. And Inever use that much cheese so its more like 1/4 of a blue for cheese.
ReplyDeletedo u use frozen vegetables
ReplyDeletewould the veggies be 1 green? and the tomatoes another green?
