6 Tips for Healthy Grocery Shopping

This is importing to remember before starting you journey! Just as important as working out, so is what you eat. Remember what you buy, you will eat. 

-Never shop while you are hungry.

-Stick to the perimeter of the grocery store. That is usually where all the whole foods, fresh fruits and veggies are, most of the processed junk is in the middle.

-Make a list, and stick to that list.

-Avoid foods with more than 5 ingredients, artificial ingredients, or ingredients you can't pronounce.

-Read the labels, its the only way you know what your truly eating.

-Check the serving size, just because the front of the bag says 100 calories doesn't always mean that whole bag is 100 calories, it could have 3 to 4 servings.
