Frozen Snack!! (21 DAY FIX approved)


What you will need:

-Your favorite yogurt 

-Freeze dried fruit

-Your favorite nuts

-You can also add raisins, craisins or dried cherries 

-Parchment paper

Directions:

-Mix together the yogurt and whatever ingredients you choose

-Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

-Spread the mixture over the parchment paper in an even layer

-Place in freezer 

-Once frozen break in to pieces

-Enjoy!!!

  2. There is a List of foods for each color container in the booklet :)

  3. This looks great! I can't wait to try it. I think if I were making it, I would measure out the containers first and then break it into semi-even pieces so I could keep track.
